Knowing how to use 'know'

I know that there are different forms of 'know' in Welsh, but I have trouble in remembering exactly which ones to use in the right place.

I'm putting them here so I can find them again quickly when I need them.

Adnabod - to recognise (but in the literary language it is closer to 'nabod')

Gwybod - to know a fact

Nabod - to know a person/ people

Chimod & Timod - contracted tag questions, similar to "y'know". Especially South Wales.
In the north, ‘sti’-‘you know’. It’s a contraction of ‘gwyddost ti’-‘you know’.
